AMD Sempron 2800+ AM2 Overclocking

The only new feature of the AM2 Semprons is that they support dual-channel DDR2 RAM. So there should be only a small difference in performance between the s754 and s940 Semprons. DDR2 has struggled to outperform the original DDR standard, so should you expect a huge leap in performance from DDR2?
