Best Buy Will Destroy Your Old HDD? Nope

Last year a couple took their pc to a Best Buy in Springfield Township to be replaced. It had all of their person info life credit card numbers, addresses, ect. A year later some guy in Chicago calls them to tell them he bought their old hdd at a flea market, and that he can send it back to them.
