Red Hot Chilli Peppers Accused of Plagiarism

The Red Hot Chili Peppers were accused of copying styles of Tom Petty's hit ‘Mary Jane’s Last Dance’ for their song Dani California.' I listened to both and their beats sound similar, but not enough to be called plariarism. There are only so many beats you can make anyways.
